Refund Policy

This page summarises your rights regarding withdrawal and refunds. It complements Article 6 of our Terms of Sale, which prevails in case of any conflict.

The general rule: 14 days to change your mind

As a consumer, you generally have 14 days from the date of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to justify a reason or pay any penalty (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

The exception: instantly-accessed digital content

Our digital packs and courses are, in most cases, accessible immediately after payment. Under French law, you may lose your right of withdrawal in that case, provided you have expressly consented to it (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).

Concretely, before you confirm payment, we ask you to:

• accept our Terms of Sale;
• confirm that you are requesting immediate access to the digital content and that you acknowledge you are therefore waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal.

This confirmation is kept as proof of your consent and restated in your order confirmation email. If you did not check this box, or if the product purchased is not instantly-accessed digital content (for example, a scheduled coaching session), the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies.

How to request a refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund (your right of withdrawal is still open, or your situation is a special case), contact us using the details on our Legal Notice page, including your order number. We review each request individually and respond as quickly as possible.

Disputes

If a disagreement persists, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator designated in Article 10 of our Terms of Sale.
